Packaging & Shipping

Step 1 – ESD Protection

Place components (ICs, diodes, transistors, SMD caps/resistors, PCBA) into ESDsafe bags or trays. Use antistatic shielding bags for sensitive devices.

Step 2 – Moisture Control

For MSLsensitive parts, vacuumseal with desiccant and humidity indicator card inside a moisture barrier bag.

Step 3 – Cushioning

Wrap with ESD foam or bubble wrap. For PCBA, use custom foam inserts to prevent movement.

Step 4 – Outer Carton

Pack into doublewall corrugated box. Fill all gaps with air pillows or paper. Seal with Htape; add strapping for heavy loads.

Step 5 – Labeling

Attach shipping label with HS code, weight, dimensions. Add handling symbols: ESD warning, fragile, this way up, keep dry.

Step 6 – Palletizing (bulk)

Stretchwrap on pallet, add corner posts. Keep overhang <25mm.

Step 7 – Validation
